Hoo boy. "Magical Christmas Ornaments" takes the idea of Christmas being "magical" and runs with it in almost a literal sense. Heartbroken Marie discovers that when she hangs ornaments on her tree, things related to each ornament immediately happen: She hangs a pill bottle ornament and meets a handsome male nurse! She hangs a treasure chest and a publishing deal about a book with a treasure chest lands in her lap! You'd think she'd catch on and hang a dildo wrapped in lottery tickets, but noooo...
Plot summary: "Publishing executive Marie finds her Christmas spirit reawakened when her mother begins sending her the family’s Christmas ornaments. As each ornament arrives, it brings a positive change to Marie’s life, including an introduction to the handsome male nurse Nate from next door."

If I seemed extra harsh about this movie, it's because it deserved it. This Christmas tree ornament voodoo jazz was complete bullshit. I expect more from my Hallmark movies.
