The EADJ Facebook De-Friender Returns

Sometimes one post is all it takes to want you to drop a Facebook friend forever. Harsh? Maybe. But check this shit out and tell me you wouldn't do the same:

Bye bye, G_________! Away from my News Feed!

Let's Celebrate The EADJ Mail Sack's Birthday On A Day That's Convenient For Us!

Submitted by Tom Weingard: "Nice description, Getty."

Too lazy to click and enlarge? Fuck it. Here it is bigger.

Still can't read that? Fuck you:

Title: Senior Couple Having Fun Sniffing Flowers

Description: A beautiful senior damsel is making believe her handsome senior prince is offering a fabulous rose. She sniffs the tiny sprout as if in a dream. But alas, this senior prince appears resigned to participating in yet another Kodak moment he'd never have believed possible. Grandma is holding the walking stick she's been using while walking together with Grandpa on a trail at the nature park. Desaturated image.

This Was A Web Banner.

Did I click on it? Well, let's just say I know a few more things about cuttlefish. Like, did you know that cuttlefish bone is filled with gas? Cuttle-bone (the things you see in bird cages) has small chambers and like a submarine, filling or releasing the gas in them controls the cuttlefish's buoyancy!

As for the accompanying photo, I think Britney Spears or whoever the hell needs to get a fanny pack to carry her Fruit Roll-Ups like a proper lady.

Hey, What The

Spotted at a specialty tile store in Jersey (don't ask), a children's soccer school's display, which looks normal at first...

...until you realize that the designer sneaked in some random dude's head onto one of the children:

I'm assuming that guy is either the designer's friend or sworn enemy.

An Update From Jersey

In a previous entry, we reported one of our neighbors in Jersey who had a bizarre way of decorating their lawn:

Whether for "aesthetic" reasons or because they were just too lazy to mow their own lawn, we're not certain.

But we did notice very recently that the neighbor did put in some extra effort to "enhance" their lawn rocks:

Yeah. Much better.

"CNN is Now For 12 Year Olds."

That's a quote from my wife. And she's right.
This is on CNN.com's front page:

BBC
Real Clear Politics (thanks, John Reid!)
and even Google News which compiles different sources.

The Funniest Thing On TV This Week (And That Includes 2 and a Half Men)

Yesterday, Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich skipped his impeachment trial in the Illinois Senate, opting instead to go to New York to appear on "Good Morning America," "Larry King Live," and "The View" to announce his innocence against allegations of corruption. Talk shows were very eager to have the embattled governor appear on their shows. Barbara Walters was in L.A. but didn't want to miss the opportunity to interview him herself, so the producers created a set up so that she could conduct a "face to face" interview via satellite. It looked like this:

So let me get this straight. Rod Blagojevich disses the members of the Illinois Senate reviewing FBI wiretaps from an ongoing criminal investigation of him so that he could be interviewed by a plasma TV behind a plant? HAHAHHAHAHH AHAHAHHAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHAHAHAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH HAHAHAHHAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHAHAHAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH HHHAHAHAH HA HAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHA HAHAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH HHAHAHAHHAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHAHAHAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH HAHAHAHHAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHAHAHAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH HAHAHAHHA HAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHAHAHAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH AHAHAHHAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHHHHHAHAHAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH AHAHAHHAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHAHHHHA HAHHAH HAHAHHAHAHH AHAHAHHAHAHHA HAHHAHAHAHA HHAHAHAHAHHAH HAHAHHHHH

Let's Trim Around the Lips of the EADJ Mail Sack!

Pictured above, an email received from Liquid CGI, "a NYC boutique provider of Photorealistic 3D Computer-Generated Imagery."

Frightening how far CGI has come, isn't it? It's like I'm in the goddamned Matrix!
