The Vast World of Fisher Price Little People

Fisher Price Little People have expanded way beyond what you may have grown up with. You can get pretty much any character in a cute, compact Fisher Price version:

So you can now conceivably create a Nativity scene where Homelander, Blanche Devereaux, Cosmo Kramer, Moira Rose, Captain Raymond Holt, Keith Richards, and Megatron visit the Baby Jesus in the manger. Hey, why not?

Hey Hot Wheels

I'm no auto mechanic, but I'm pretty sure adding big monster truck wheels only de-emphasizes the size of your weiner.

Loving My Ass.

A new playset for girls was spotted in the toy section of K-Mart: Fisher-Price's new Loving Family™ series of dolls.

The dolls are non-toxic and appropriate for children ages 3 and over. These friendly and detailed dolls are designed for creative play in the Loving Family™ Grand Dollhouse.

And since they created such realistic toys, Fisher-Price has included warnings on the package of each Loving Family™ doll:

Brutal.

Old Joel and The Dick

Joel set out on his trawler early, the morning mist breaking along the front of his boat like cotton along a craggy knife. Once he reached the middle of the bay, Joel cut the motor and limped to the stern.

"Dick, where are you?" Joel muttered to himself as he took a puff from his pipe.

He lowered the anchor and looked out on the bay. Nothing but mist and the echoing sound of geese. He looked down at the stump that used to be his right leg and cursed.

"I'm going to get that big white dick someday," he growled. The boat stopped drifting once the anchor's rope grew taut. The sun had finally peeked out over the east, throwing harpoons of light through the mist and causing Joel to squint his one good eye.

Joel rolled the nets out, one by one, into the grey waters. For weeks now they'd come up with tuna, salmon and the occasional carp, but never with anything for him to eat. Joel was waiting for dick. The big white dick.

*

Today EADJ will be trying something different. Let's open the latest issue of Mid Atlantic Fisherman and see what's keeping all those fishermen from being truly happy:

* Ric is four car payments behind as of last Thursday, and his gout is acting up again. Also, the Blockbuster near him is closing, and he doesn't want to spring for DirecTV.

* As a child, Ruta had been promised a trip to Disneyland many times, but she was never taken. It still pains her to see photos of Cinderella's castle.

* Rick has come to the conclusion that he will never understand women. The movie "Nights In Rodanthe" was confusing to him.

* Martin yearns for the day that he can look outside and not see his neighbor's children dealing drugs on the corner.

* Don keeps hearing how good that television "Glee" is, and he's actually recorded all of the episodes on his DVR, but he recently found out from his daughter that he's probably too old to appreciate it.

* Jim can't get over the guilt of strangling that Cracker Barrel waitress.

* Kip is still wondering why all his high school buddies keep avoiding him, and what he did so long ago that they won't forgive him for. He's too embarrassed to ask one of them what it was.

* Mitchell's sister moved without telling him or leaving any forwarding number.

* And Mitchell's sister owes him a lot of money for helping her through nursing school. He sticks his neck out for her, and this is the thanks he gets?

Adriana Lima Is STILL Unimpressed

Brazilian Victoria's Secret supermodel Adriana Lima is one of the highest earning models in the industry (worth $6 million according to Forbes) and has seen it all. So naturally, she is rarely impressed by anything. So the quest to impress Adriana continues...

Here's a crazy motorcycle stunt by some young people in Iran:

Adriana saw what you did there, and acknowledges that it is probably a very risky maneuver. Still, with enough free time, anyone could probably pull that off. Adriana has been to the Naqshe Jahan square in Isfahan to admire the 16th Century Iranian architecture. Have you?

Jaime Luis Gómez, better known as Taboo from the rap group Black Eyed Peas, will be starring as the character Vega in the feature film adaptation of the video game "Street Fighter" this summer, also starring Chris Klein, Kristin Kreuk, Michael Clarke Duncan and Neal McDonough.

Well, number one, Black Eyed Peas. And number two, Street Fighter, a second movie adaptation? God, Adriana Lima is so bored. Is there a bottle of mineral water in this suite?

Apple announced in February the release of the new lighter, thinner, 17-inch MacBook Pro, boasting great graphics, a stunning display and a very long battery life, as well as a solid aluminum unibody design.

Adriana sometimes checks her emails from Rodrigo, her stylist from São Paolo. He sends fairly amusing photos of cats with captions. But computers aren't really her thing. Do they make computers that you can wear?

Gisele Bündchen is a Brazilian supermodel and the highest earning model working today, according to Forbes. She has been the face of Christian Dior, Balenciaga, Mervyn's, Dolce & Gabbana, Missoni, Versace, Céline (brand), Givenchy, Bvlgari, Lanvin, Guerlain, Valentino, Ralph Lauren, Earl Jean, Zara, Chloé, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton and Victoria's Secret, having earned an estimated $33 million in 2007 and $35 million in 2008 alone.

Let's Look In My Parents' Fridge!

Believe it or not, some of these ingredients find their way into dinner and are quite tasty. Or not. Ask my caucasian fiancée.
