The ProofrEADJer: Early Jane's Addiction Edition
Wait a minute. Why did I call this the "Early Jane's Addiction Edition?" There weren't any entries about any of Jane's Addiction's early albums "Jane's Addiction," "Nothing's Shocking," or even "Ritual de lo Habitual." So what gives? You got me, pal.

A Letter To the Mead Corporation, Sent Today

Dear Mead Corporation:
I just wanted to notify you of a possible misuse of your corporate identity. The (awful) country music album "Brand New Day" by CNN newsanchor Robin Meade has used a typeface on her name on the cover, making her name appear similar to your corporate logo. You can see what I mean at this link: http://twitpic.com/7acflw/full
You should contact your legal department.

Editor's Note: Special thanks to my designer friend Diego for pointing this out, thus earning him a special custom "Robin Meade" Mollusk Award (scroll to the bottom).

Let's Examine The Meniscus To Determine The Precise Volume of Liquid in the EADJ Mail Sack!

My parents are coming this weekend. So I made some hotel reservations for them and told them I'd be sending them more info. The following is an email response from my Dad, who, by the way, is retired:
My son,
Thank you for your very prompt reply to my email. I will look for your email with directions on how to go to your place. Right now, I have to go watch Drew Cary on the Price Is Right.
Dad
