In our spare time, we like to peruse the produce at Stop 'n Shop. When we got to the apples, there was this lovely and sorta helpful sign that showed the names of apples and their place on the sweet/tart continuum.

So recently on Facebook, I friended a former classmate from high school, and 99.99% of her profile photos are this:

So I realize that Chicago has always wanted to be New York City. But when it starts to have cabbies like this, you know they're starting to outright copy New York. Sad, really. New York should say something.
